1. Prepare the items

When you purchase your tag, you will find: 1) Numbered external TAG with QR Code; 2) Multilingual internal TAG; 3) Security seal; 4) Installation manual.

2. Fill in the information

On the external TAG, fill in your contact details: name, email, and phone number. This information helps with quick return in case of loss.

3. Attach the TAG to the luggage

Using the security seal, attach the external TAG to the handle of your suitcase, where it is visible and easily accessible. It is resistant to movement and ideal for any type of travel. To do this, pass the seal through the hole in the tag and through the structure of your luggage. Then, firmly lock it to prevent unauthorized openings.

4. Use the internal TAG

Place the internal TAG inside the luggage, in a visible location. It contains multilingual instructions to facilitate return in international cases.

5. Register your luggage

Scan the QR Code on your TAG to start the registration. Provide the TAG number, luggage characteristics, and take photos as proof. You will receive an email with a dossier containing evidence of the luggage's condition at check-in.

Important tips:
