How does baggage protection work?
1. Attach the tag to your luggage.
Use the security seal to attach the ExactBag Cover tag visibly to the bag, preferably on the handle.
2. Check in your baggage.
Scan the QR code, fill in your details, add a photo of your luggage, and complete the registration. A digital dossier will be sent to your email.
3. Travel with peace of mind.
If any problems arise, our team will monitor the entire process and file an insurance claim if necessary.

How does TAG track baggage?
The ExactBag TAG does not use GPS. Tracking occurs through intelligent cross-referencing of information with the airline and our system, which in practice is more efficient.
How many times can I use the TAG?
The TAG is valid for 12 months from the first use . Always register it before each trip.
How does the insurance work?
If the baggage is not located within 5 days after the PIR/RIB and the call to ExactBag, on the 6th day you will receive R$ 2,500.00 .
